What is self-compassion?
Self-compassion is an inner commitment to care for yourself as you would a friend, especially in times of challenge, stress, and overwhelm.
A good friend…
Listens without judging
Holds space for you to share your experience
Sees the best in you & reminds you of your worth
Helps you find a balanced perspective
Offers support, encouragement & gentle guidance
The Summer of Self-Compassion is for you if you want to:
Soften a loud or harsh inner critic…
Practice kinder ways of responding to yourself when you’re struggling…
Discover the gifts of releasing comparison and accepting yourself as you are.
Summer of Self-Compassion
Join me for this 3-part series all about exploring and embodying self-compassion in your real, right-now life.
Each month this summer, we’ll gather for a 90-minute virtual workshop on a different foundational topic:
Amplifying the Inner Advocate — June 11
Letting Go of Comparison — July 9
Honoring Grief & Joy — August 6
(Live workshops are on Wednesdays, 12:30-2pm ET. Recordings available to all who register.)
We deepen self-compassion through practicing and sharing space with others who are growing.
In this series, you can expect an invitational and interactive experience shaped around:
Guided practices — To cultivate a loving, connected presence with yourself
Teaching & discussion — To dive into key concepts and share experiences
Reflection questions — To guide your exploration between sessions (no homework though!)

Hi, I’m Lindsay!
I'm a licensed occupational therapist, wellness coach, and certified Kripalu yoga teacher.
I believe that we’re all on a journey of learning to become our own loving companions.
While we can’t control many of the painful parts of life, we can choose to hold ourselves through them with tenderness and intentionality.
The approaches of mindful self-compassion offer great tools to support us along the way — and I can’t wait to share them with you!
