Softening into Presence:
A Day of Rest & Renewal

Come and receive the gifts of rest for your body, mind, and soul.

This day retreat at the lovely Sky Pond is an invitation to slow down and care for yourself, as we journey into the darkest part of the year. Together we will practice softening into presence through gentle yoga, breathwork, quiet time in nature, and the supportive companionship of other lovely humans.

You’re welcome to come just as you are.

~If you are holding big and heavy stuff, you are welcome.

~If you are weary and kind of worn down, you are welcome.

~If you need a break and a deep breath, you are welcome.

Retreat flow details:

  • Arrival, settling into the space, and introductions

  • Gentle yoga session with restorative poses, breathwork, and journaling prompts

  • Lunch gathering with a home-cooked meal (honoring food sensitivities & allergies)

  • Quiet solo time for being in nature, writing, meditating, yoga, getting crafty, watching the birds… or just being

  • Afternoon tea and snack time

  • Fireside circle (weather permitting) for reflection, sharing & integrating the retreat experience

Please review the following Accessibility Notes:

~The driveway is unpaved and the grounds include uneven terrain, rocks and steps. 
~The bathhouse requires one step up to enter.
~The yoga studio space is on the second floor, with 12 steps and bilateral rails.
